Hi, I’m Thanasis.

I help organizations explain complex systems, public issues, and digital change in language people can trust.

I’m an editorial lead and content designer based in Geneva. I work across product content, documentation, public-interest communication, and editorial systems.

My background spans games, cloud technology, online communities, and digital culture. I’m now focusing more of my work on trust, governance, accessibility, community, and the social impact of institutions and technology.

Currently

Editorial and Content Design Lead at Hivenet.

Previously: Bandai Namco, LDH Japan, Microsoft (Xbox).

Based in Geneva, Switzerland (CET).

What I do

I’m most useful when the subject is complex, the audience is mixed, and the language has to carry trust.

  • Public-interest and policy communication

Briefings, explainers, executive summaries, campaign language, speeches, position papers, and plain-English translation.

  • Technology, AI governance, and digital trust

Responsible-use guidance, AI literacy content, internal education, public-facing explainers, terminology, and content that helps people understand what systems do, what they affect, and where responsibility sits.

  • Community, safety, and accessibility writing

Guidelines, moderation language, support content, inclusive UX copy, educational content, and language for sensitive moments where tone and clarity matter.

  • Editorial systems and content design

Voice, structure, review flows, documentation, knowledge bases, and cross-team clarity for products, institutions, and public-facing work.

Who I am

I’m the person you bring in when a product, service, policy, or system is hard to explain, and the words need to hold up in the real world.

I help teams find the plain version without flattening the truth. That usually means asking useful, sometimes annoying questions; removing fog; and building language that works across teams, channels, and pressure.

My background spans games, cloud technology, digital products, online communities, and editorial systems. That mix taught me how to write for passionate users, technical constraints, tense support moments, and teams that do not always mean the same thing when they use the same words.

I’m especially interested in work that touches trust, governance, accessibility, community, and the social impact of institutions and technology.

Background: 12 years of experience. BA in English Language and Literature. Postgraduate degree in Applied Linguistics. Based in Geneva, Switzerland.
